• 1 Bottle Jonathan’s Q™ Hickory Teriyaki BBQ Sauce
• 1 Rack of St. Louis style pork ribs
Seasoning Mix:
• ¼ Tsp Salt
• ¼ Tsp Black Pepper
• ¼ Tsp Garlic Powder
• ¼ Tsp Paprika
• 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
• 1 Tsp Dried Parsley
Preheat oven to 250F
Combine the seasoning mix and rub onto your rack of ribs. Take about 2-3 minutes to massage the ribs evenly coating every inch. Cover and refrigerate for about an hour. Place the ribs on a tray and bake in the oven. Turn your rack over after 30 minutes to evenly cook both sides. After the first hour of cooking turn your rack back over and coat the meaty side with Jonathan’s Q™ Hickory Teriyaki BBQ Sauce. Bake for an additional 1 ½ hours.
Preheat your grill to medium high heat. Be careful with your rack of ribs as they are super tender by now. Place your rack of ribs gently on the grill and sear each side for about 5-7 minutes, brushing with Jonathan’s Q™ Hickory Teriyaki BBQ Sauce continuously. Remove from grill and before serving let the ribs rest for 5 minutes. Drizzle a little bit of Jonathan’s Q™ Hickory Teriyaki BBQ Sauce over the ribs and serve with coleslaw and baked beans!
