Ingredients:
• 1 Bottle Jonathan’s Q™ Mango Chile Teriyaki Marinade, divided
• 4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
Reserve 1/2 cup marinade and set aside. Take your chicken breasts and cut them in half so each half is about ¾ of an inch thick. If you want your breasts to be really tender you may want to try lightly pounding them with the flat side of a tenderizer. Place chicken breasts into a plastic bag and pour in your Jonathan’s Q™ Mango Chile Teriyaki Marinade. Marinate chicken in the remaining marinade for 30 minutes or up to 12 hours for a more intense flavor.
