Ingredients:

• 1 Bottle Jonathan’s Q™ Mango Chile Teriyaki Marinade, divided
• 4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts

Reserve 1/2 cup marinade and set aside. Take your chicken breasts and cut them in half so each half is about ¾ of an inch thick. If you want your breasts to be really tender you may want to try lightly pounding them with the flat side of a tenderizer. Place chicken breasts into a plastic bag and pour in your Jonathan’s Q™ Mango Chile Teriyaki Marinade. Marinate chicken in the remaining marinade for 30 minutes or up to 12 hours for a more intense flavor.


Preheat your grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade, discarding excess marinade and place on grill. You want to grill the chicken for about 15 minutes on each side. Keep an eye on the chicken making sure it doesn’t burn and continuously coating each side with your remaining Jonathan’s Q™ Mango Chile Teriyaki Marinade. Serve with a side of steamed broccoli and slightly drizzle any left over marinade to garnish.
