Ingredients:

• 1 Bottle Jonathan’s Q™ Mango, Papaya & Passion Marinade, divided
• (6 oz.) Swordfish Steaks
• ¼ Tsp Salt
• ¼ Tsp Black Pepper
• 2 Tbsp Olive Oil

Seasoning Mix:

• ¼ Tsp Salt
• ¼ Tsp Black Pepper


Reserve 1/2 cup marinade and set aside. Lightly coat each swordfish steak with your seasoning mix.


Place in a plastic bag and marinate swordfish in your Jonathan’s Q™ Mango, Papaya & Passion Marinade for 30 minutes to an hour. Preheat your grill to medium heat and coat with olive oil. Remove swordfish from marinade, discarding excess marinade and place on grill. Grill fish for 10 minutes, turning once, or until fish can be easily flaked with a fork. Frequently brush the swordfish with your remaining marinade. Serve over jasmine rice and top with a mango salsa for a nutritious and delicious meal.
