Ingredients:

• 1 Bottle Jonathan’s Q™ Sake Ginger Teriyaki Marinade, divided
• 2 Lbs Pork Tenderloin
• 1 Large Onions
• 3 Red Peppers


Bamboo Skewers soaked in water for 30 minutes

Reserve 1/2 cup marinade and set aside. Cut pork into large cubes and place into a plastic bag, pour in the first half of your Jonathan’s Q™ Sake Ginger Teriyaki Marinade and shake well. Let the mixture marinate in your refrigerator for 30 minutes or up to 12 hours for a more intense flavor. Take your onion and cut it into 4 sections, you want each sliver of onion to be about 1 ˝” x 2” and the same goes for the pepper.


Take a piece of cubed pork slide to the end of the bamboo skewer, followed by a piece of onion and a piece of red pepper. If you repeat this process you’ll generally have about 4 sections to each skewer. Once this is completed pour the leftover marinade from the bag over the skewers, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat your grill to medium heat. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes or until done. You want to use your reserve marinade to continuously brush the skewers keeping them nice and juicy. Serve with your favorite salad for a delicious meal.
