Ingredients:
• 1 Bottle Jonathan’s Q™ Spicy Cajun BBQ Sauce
• 24 Jumbo Shrimp
Seasoning Mix:
• ¼ Tsp Salt
• ¼ Tsp Black Pepper
• 3 Cloves Garlic Minced
• 1 Tsp Dried Basil
• ¼ Cup Olive Oil
• 1/3 Cup White Wine
If you don’t like the shells on your shrimp you can peel them but this recipe works either way. Lightly butterfly the shrimp by taking a knife and cutting down the back of the shrimp from the tail to the tip. Put the shrimp into a plastic bag and add your seasoning mix. Shake well and let the shrimp set for about 30 minutes.

|
| Preheat your grill to medium heat. Place the shrimp on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side. Brush on Jonathan’s Q™ Spicy Cajun BBQ Sauce turning every minute or so as shrimp tends to cook pretty quickly. Once the shrimp has turned a dark pink and is firm to the touch, coat it with your Jonathan’s Q™ Spicy Cajun BBQ Sauce. Before serving let the shrimp rest for 5 minutes, drizzle a little bit of Jonathan’s Q™ Spicy Cajun BBQ Sauce over the shrimp and serve with a light mesculin salad! |
